Beetroot

They are a great addition to a dog’s diet, in moderation, and provide them with a number of beneficial micronutrients. Beets provide dogs with Vitamin C, fiber, manganese, folate, and potassium.

Carrot

Carrots are full of antioxidants and are one of the richest sources of beta-carotene. They are a very good source of Vitamins A, C and K, potassium, iron and manganese.

Cauliflower

Among many other benefits, cauliflower contains glucosinolates and thiocyanates, compounds proven to increase the liver’s ability to neutralise potentially toxic substances that, if not properly detoxified, can damage cell membranes and molecules such as DNA within the cell nucleus. Cauliflower for dogs is also a great source of Vitamins C and K as well as folate and manganese.

Egg

Eggs are a great source of very digestible protein and are a good source of Vitamins A, B complex, D, E and K, calcium, iron, zinc and selenium.

They contain fatty acids which can prevent dry, flaky and itchy skin and increase the shine of the dog’s coat.
